I believe therapy should be a space where you can finally exhale and feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe bringing their whole selves into the room.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, anxiety, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and emotional regulation.
As my clinical work continues to grow, I have a special interest in supporting women through the emotional transitions of womanhood, pregnancy, motherhood, and family life. I work with women experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, identity changes, self-esteem concerns, and the pressure of balancing their own needs with those of others. Motherhood can bring profound joy while also bringing overwhelm, uncertainty, and a changing sense of identity. I believe there is space for both the beauty and difficulty of these experiences.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Together, we can explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, experiences, and behaviors while developing practical tools for coping, emotional regulation, self-compassion, and healthy boundaries. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change.
Whether you are navigating a difficult season, adjusting to motherhood, reconnecting with yourself after becoming a parent, or simply need a place to put everything you’ve been carrying, you don’t have to make sense of it alone. My hope is to provide a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
For those interested, I welcome the integration of a faith-based perspective into counseling, offering a respectful and authentic space where spirituality can be explored alongside your unique needs, values, and goals.
